How we handle your personal information — and the control you keep over it. We follow South Africa's POPIA.
What we collect
The details you give us: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional) and the suburb we collect from. Plus a record of what you've stored and your pickup and delivery history.
WhatsApp and marketing consent
WhatsApp is our main way of talking to you about your storage — confirming pickups, deliveries and account matters. That's part of providing the service.
Marketing messages (tips, offers, referrals) are only ever sent if you opt in, and we record your choice. You can opt out at any time by telling us on WhatsApp, with no effect on your storage.
How we use your information
To run your storage: schedule pickups and deliveries, keep your inventory, bill you, and keep you updated. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to deliver the service: our logistics partner (to collect and deliver), our payment provider (to bill you securely), and the system we use to manage stored inventory. Each only receives what they need.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to delete your information once you no longer store with us.
